Free shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum order required. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories.

Processing time

Each Knot Kracker is handcrafted to order. In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping carriers & estimated delivery

We ship via UPS Ground Saver and USPS. Carrier selection is determined by destination and package size. Expedited or overnight shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase. Delivery windows are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Preorder shipments

Some Knot Kracker orders are accepted as preorders while inventory is being prepared. Preorder items are clearly marked on the product page at the time of purchase.

Important: Preorder shipments may be delayed up to 60 days from the order date. Your estimated ship date will be communicated at checkout and in your order confirmation email. We will notify you by email if your preorder is delayed beyond the original estimate. You may cancel a preorder at any time before it ships for a full refund.
Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number directly on the UPS or USPS website to monitor your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of your order, check your spam folder or contact us.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

International shipping

We do not ship internationally at this time. We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Please note that free shipping applies to the contiguous 48 states only. Customers in Alaska or Hawaii should contact us at info@knotkracker.com for a shipping quote before placing an order.
