Our guarantee

We stand behind every Knot Kracker. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Returns

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. To start a return, email us at info@knotkracker.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Knot Kracker is not responsible for items lost in return transit.


Replacements

If your Knot Kracker arrives damaged or has a material defect, we'll replace it at no charge. Send a photo of the issue to info@knotkracker.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement right away. No need to return the original.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank before contacting us, processing times vary by institution.

Non-returnable items

Items marked as final sale or purchased with a discount code exceeding 20% off are not eligible for return but are covered by our replacement guarantee for defects.
